unlike CK group and the latest estates fr 鄺肖卿, each block of this yoho town was not built "block to block / external wall to external wall".

i mean, most of the blocks are separated from each other. some are close to another and some are not close to another. leaving space b/w blocks and thus, the thickness of external wall complied to the standard construction standard.

所以, 你在 flat F 或 B bedroom大叫, 拍打牆壁, 大力關房門, 隔鄰別座同層的人不會知道.
